How does pre-stocking work?

Choose your packages and how many people they're for, let us know your villa and arrival date, and book online. Your card will only be held — you won't be charged anything. We source from trusted local suppliers, many of them organic, and stock the fridge and kitchen before you arrive. You'll only be charged once we confirm the reservation.

Is there a minimum?

Each package is for a minimum of 4 people and we need at least 24 hours' notice to do the shopping. If you need the package with less notice, send a message to our concierge service and we'll do our best to help.

Can I combine packages?

Yes, you can stack as many as you like, each for a different number of people. For example, "Family Essentials" for 4 people plus "Gourmet Grazing" for 6, all in one order.

Can I customize or request specific brands?

Absolutely. In addition to the preset packages, we create fully customized stockings: tell us your dietary needs, brands, and quantities, and we'll quote you the product at cost plus a small shopping fee.
